Found the left rear axle seal leaking when I was getting new tires put on yesterday. Looks like the gear oil has gotten all over the brake pads. Should the dealer replace the pads when they do the seal and would all of the work be under warranty?

Yes the dealer should replace the pads if they are contaminated with gear oil. If your truck is an '04 it should be under warranty.
