I have 60,000 on my LBZ and have just about had it with this damn IFS. It rattles when I turn, pops and clunks in 4wd, steers like crap, and feels like its gonna come apart every time I turn sharp or hit a bump. Where should I start?

cut it all off and put a solid axel under it, fixes all the crap like weak torsion bars (like my drivers side on) and all the "cheap crap" under the front. might not ride as nice but it's still better than a ford or dodge in every other aspect:banghead:

I would go through and tighten your lift to tq specs. It should be done after the first 1k breakin miles and then every 15K after that if you go off road.
If you still got problems check pitman and idler arms for wear, then check upper and lower ball joints
