can someone tell me what is this intake manifold sleeve and what it does for performance

: super diesel intake manifold sleeve Diesel Power 05-05-2005, 02:14 AM it doesn't increase performance. it is a collar that you insert in the blue intercooler tube just before it goes into the intake. it gives you a bunch of ports (1/16th NPT, 1/8th NPT, 1/4 NPT) that you cause use to monitor boost, activate hobbes switches, shoot NOS, water/meth, etc... it "facilitates" additing power. well made piece too! ecc_33 05-05-2005, 10:37 AM do a lot of you guys use this piece???? ratlover 05-05-2005, 10:40 AM I do.
