For a while I've noticed this vibration coming from either my engine or driveline. It is REALLY noticeable in Drive. It's a rotation type of vibration;ie: crankshaft, camshaft, torque converter, driveshaft. This is only noticable while stopped and mostly in Drive.

I used the predator and the only code was a P0209? Mass Air Flow Sensor, low output. checked balance rates(I think)for the hell of it and......... :
In Park:
Main Inj. -3.01
Main Inj. 4.69-6.25mm
Pilot Inj. 1.25mm
In Drive:
Main Inj. -5.01

Also it rattles alot, and ALOT MORE with the Predator alone, even stock it rattles pretty good, when cold and I'm guessing when Pilot injection shuts off(from what I've read)
Anyone have any ideas on what the vibration may be and what these "balance rates?" mean?
All help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know how to pull that up, when I went under fuel trim data or engine data all I seen was Main Inj, pilot inj.

go to diagnostics - automatic - real time data - engine data - engine data 2 and scroll down to the balancing. you should be able to scroll down in order to show all 8 injectors at the same time. i believe the path is close to being correct.

once you have the balances, post them here.

ok, check it with parking break applied, in neutral and then in drive. in neutral, i think the baseline numbers are to be within +4 to -4 and in drive +6 to -6. if you arfe around anything less, but not close to, you should be fine. if you are getting some getting close to it, you'll might have to monitor it for awhile just to see if you go past the threshold. but if the truck acts up alot, then you should take it in, and maybe the dealer will change them. they might not do anything until it crosses the threashold. but at least you will have documented that they were close to failing, if not failing.

if your numbers are close to what you have posted, you'll have no worries. i check mine monthly to see where they are at. mine are around the -1 area and have been for the past year. i believe i have been lucky with my truck.

I'd take it to the dealer and have them test the balance rates. 1? Did you test these when the engine was up to full operating temperature (like run on the freeway for 20 miles and then test)?
