They said that the 36,999 price was the lowest they will go and I told them fine but Ill still make an offer and if they accept then they do.

How much should I offer on this truck and whats the highest you guys would pay for it?

Hmm. Back in December of 2008 I was getting prices similar to $36,999 for leftover NEW 2008 model CCSB 4x4 Sierra SLT3 (equivalent to LBZ trim) trucks. I know it was GM's last ditch effort to unload leftover 08's, but still, seems like you could get this one for less.
Good Luck!

This one does seem to have every option possible.

And yea I know in dec. there was some screaming deals. Probably wont see those again but maybe close.

Im thinking offering 34 and if they dont bite come up to 35 and not go over that.

Anyone think thats a safe bet?

Yep, I just told them $38k OTD not a penny more
But Id probably go 39k OTD for that fully loaded truck. I'd spend a good amount of money installing the sunroof and katzkins anyways.

Plus now I can sell my pioneer HU I bought :D

Yeah, as many others have said... you can always go up on your offer, but you can never go down.

This one is definitely loaded! I don't see one option offered that it doesn't have.

According to Edmunds.com, for that truck:
Dealer Retail: $33,926
Certified Used: $34,929
Trade is: $28,357
Private Party Sale is: $31,182

You might want to go to Edmunds.com, appraise it with all of the options, print it out and show it to them when you make your offer. Edmunds has something called "True Market Value" when appraising a vehicle. I find it is more in touch with real-world pricing than NADA or KBB.

Be careful with that OTD price. If the dealership is outside of your state of residence, you will not pay taxes in that state, but rather when you get it back to your home state and register the vehicle at your Motor Vehicles Office.

Most dealers use KBB which is more dealer friendly. As opposed to Edmunds which is more consumer friendly.
