Running the Juice/Attitude in my LLY currently, but I dont really like looking up to the overhead console to check on EGT's. I would like to add Autometer EGT and boost gauges on the A pillar. Can I run the Attitude and the AM off the same pyro probe? Can I use the Attitude probe that is already installed? Also, where is the best place to tap in for the boost gauge?

Yes you can run the Attitude and the Autometer of the same pyro. See the thread below, and also do a search and you will find more info. I am not sure about other brand pyros though, as some use different composition thermocouples.

I have both also, but I just run the gauge. I don't like the reading on the attitude as well as the gauge, but the warnings on the attitude are nice. I just check the gauge a lot. It is real fast to unhook edge and attitude without the pyro. I like that too!!

you could just mount the attitude on the pillar with the hardware that came with it and save yourself some money and time.. unless you are set on the analog guages and all.

I like my autometer gauges so I am running just the Juice/*** with no pryo(from the Juice) just change the Attitude display to remove the EGTs readings.

Try moving the Attitude to the post. I just installed mine there yesterday and seems easy to glance at. $44 for the kit from ETR Diesel Performance. Very clean install, easy to paint to match. I use it as my spedo. With the 285's when my spedo says 75, Edge says 80. I'll be installing the EGT probe on Friday, any tips? I'm planning on using a magnetic drill bit with grease to help keep drill shavings out of the manifold.

I think I am set on the analog gauges, the digital numbers move constantly and it is difficult to comprehend...maybee it is me! I like the attitude in the overhead console, it just looks cool
I drilled into the passenger side manifold with a magnetic drill then magnatized the tap before and during the tapping. cranked the truck and let it run about 3 mins to clear any shavings and installed the probe. Easy as pie.

You're right, was a snap to install. I magnetized both the drill and tap, ran it for a few minutes, no problem!
