Mainly the finger stick, are you guys taking it off? Seems after every mod. I gotta take it in for something, and the more mods the more stuff to take off! None real hard to reverse, just bothers me to tap into the factory wires more than once for the stick. Anyone get away with leaving the stick on while in the shop? So far I am pulling the juice, and tucking the Attitude up in the headliner and reinstalling the factory pocket. Then I gotta pull the EGR plate, and the finger stick. The Nictane stays on. This is the main reason I have not yanked the kitty, cause that looks like more than 15min! Can't wait until the 36k mile part is up, then I can atleast mod the suspension for bigger tires! But the engine, I gotta do this for 100k!
I have a mod friendly dealer, so I left most of my stuff on, minus tunes. Cat is a P in the A.. Give yourself an least an hour or two to do, if at stock height because the torsion bars get in the way, and you'll have to twist/turn etc. to get it on. If you have a lift, then the cat is no problem at all..
Anything else thats easily removed in like 15-30 mins, I would remove...

I remove the blocker plate, diode link for all on headlights and reprogram the Predator back to stock. All takes about 10 minutes.
Fingerstick stays on (I have it hidden in larger diameter loom). They would have to be looking for it. If ever asked, I will say I plan on getting a larger exhaust and it's there to keep the codes from being thrown once I install the exhaust. Even if found, they would have to know what it was and prove it caused a warranty claim. I'll only remove it if I take the truck in for warranty service that I feel may be related to an electrical sensor problem

could they reject warranty coverage for the EGR blocker plate?

I wouldn't want to test it. Takes 2 minutes to remove it.
