I am currently running 285/70/17 Toyo AT's on my truck with a 2in leveling kit. I am wanting a tire that is slightly bigger and does not throw rocks quite as bad because i drive alot of gravel.
I am considering 305/70/17 Pro Comp Xtreme All Terrains. Anyone know anything about them/had personal experience with them, how were they???

I dont mine them as long as the road is dry and you never drive in snow. They do seem to handle a heavy load well

Just put a set on my Dad's Dodge, they are much more aggressive in person than you can see on the pictures on the net (that was the only place I saw them prior to ordering). They look good though. I only put about 30 miles on them before I gave the truck back. Theres a little road hum at 75mph. I think that you are going to have clearance issues with that size. We put 305/65/17 on the Dodge, looks great, but they would rub like crazy on my truck I think.

Forgot the other part of your question, the spacing is pretty wide, so gravel isn't going to stick, but bigger rocks might.

I new to the GM world, I think the body styles prior to the LMM that I have can hande larger tires. Good luck, post pics.
