Went to fuel up my wifes 05 Tahoe Z 71 tonight.
Put the pump in the gas tank, squeeeze the handle and about 5 seconds laterthe pump stops and gas shoots out the tank!.
So i had to barely squeeze the handle to fill the tank, if i tried to go fast it puke out the opening.
Any body have this Problem? Took me 10 min. to pump 10 galons!
Im thinking a vent is clogged, but if there is one not sure where it is.

Sounds like the vent is plugged or restricted in some manner. Has the tank been out lately and the vent tube re-installed improperly?

The EVAP vent valve/solenoid is located at the back of the fuel tank. Sounds to me like it is either inoperative or restricted. If you drive gravel/dirt roads this condition will get worse.

Ahh, makes sense, I keep getting an EVAP solenoid on emissions system Check Engine Light.
Didnt know there was a sensor back there,
Thanks For the Help!
Where exactly is this sensor?
Can it be cleaned or is full replacement needed?

Tim it's not a sensor it's a solenoid controlled valve. Canister Vent Valve. It's attached near the rear axle and tank, with a large rubber hose on it. They fail often and usually the replacement from GM is a new design. Get one and some instructions, pretty simple just run a remote vent with more hose to the new valve.
