I was wondering who all has had problems with their power windows on their LMM's? On my 07.5 LMM the passenger window has started acting funny here lately. When I roll the window up the window makes a funny noise for a split second and the window appears to inch back down just a tiny tiny bit. Keep in mind the window makes this noise ONLY once the window is fully rolled up. The truck is at the dealer right now getting a steering noise checked out and I told them to check that window also. I talked to them yesterday morning and they said they can find nothing wrong with the window. I know there's something wrong with that window because none of the other 3 do what that one is doing. Could you guys please point me in the right direction as to what to tell them?
thanks

I haven't had any issues, but I noticed in your pic of the truck you do not have any window vent visors/wind deflectors. Just wondering if you have added them since the pic was taken. If so, my driver's side window will do something just like you are describing. It hits the vent visor and then sort of moves back after I've stopped hitting the up button. Only one that does it. Just a thought. Chris

I know my truck went to the dealer several times cause the drivers seat would not work. They kept saying they could not find anything wrong....finally showed them the seat switch did not appear to sit right...they changed that last time and have not had a problem since.

No vent visors yet although I do need to get a set. This window problem is aggravating though.

Got my truck back from the dealership today and they said that my window is within the manufacturer's specifications. With this being said, I'll keep an eye on it and see how things pan out.

My truck is still making the same noise as described above from the passenger side window. I felt the upper weatherstrip on the problem window and for some reason it feels different than the driver's window. To me it almost feels as if the weatherstrip on this side is stiffer if that makes any sense. Are there any TSB's or anything of that sorts out for window problems on the LMM's?
Also it looks like the window is slightly scratched at a couple places at the top of the window. I think this has to do with wherever the source of the noise is coming from. Hopefully I'll get this resolved since I'm taking it to the dealer once again tomorrow. This noise drives me crazy when I roll the window up! :(

There is a TSB for sqeaky/noisy windows. Some window regulator tracks didn't get enough lube. However it has nothin to do with it rolling up funny.

my windows always do this also, especially if I have been driving down ranch roads all day.

No issues with the up and down movement of the window. Just the cracking type sound like someone stated that they are being rolled up too much and the window drifts back down just a touch. Truck is at the dealership right now so I'll post back with results as soon as I get it back.
