I am going to be towing a 33' searay boat that will weight about 14-15 thousand pounds when fully loaded. The truck is stock. what can I do to it to get more power out of the cummins, I will have approximately 6k to spend on upgrades cause Im getting it for so cheap):h doug60 05-03-2005, 10:21 PM Put four grand into the auto , get a turbo / turbo housing, injectors pump work, exhaust ,gut the airbox, free flow filter. go with DTT trans up grades. He's the best in the business in my opinion. You can then add some fuel, gauges, and if you keep it reasonable, your stock HX35 will make enough air to be a great tow rig. You will also want to make sure the dowel pin has been fixed. Good Luck | ||
