It's about time to get the trans. in my truck built and I am looking for reccomendations on who to go to in my area.
I have an 03 d/a 2500 hd.
I live in the chicago area.
I haven't been on any diesel sites in quite awhile as I have been concentrating on my race car, but if I want to get to the rest of the races this year it's time for a trans rebuild. I think I would like to go with a sc stage 4 and a converter. Is this still the hot ticket ?
The truck is used mostly for towwing, it's hotrodded a bit here and there, I may install efi live at around 4-500 hp and go to the strip a couple of times at most.
I hope this is enough info to get the general idea.
Price is also a consideration, like anyone else I want a good job for a fair price.
