empty but dirty

I had some bad luck with the side window on my Browning Cap. A rock flew from my mower and hit the side window, needed to replace the entire side window. Split window, $280.00. I could have replaced it myself but figured it would be best to have the experts do it at my local truck cap store. Keystone Truck Caps in Tunkhannock Pa. Well picked up the truck, looked good, it was dark but I could tell the window looked nice. Next day I noticed a dent in the back side door, same side the window was changed on. Now I have no dents in the truck, at least until they did my window replacement. The dent looks as though the tech bumped the side with the window frame, not a big dent but on a black truck very noticeable. I called Keystone and the answer I received was there was no way they put the dent in the truck. Well, I wash my truck more than anyone I know and I have a real sense of all imperfections in the paint and I know there were no dents! But what can I do? They just deny the problem was their fault. Keystone was supposed to be a top-notch dealer but I have lately seen employees quit and get fired more and more often. Seems like the economy is hitting more than just our wallets, I think we have seen the quality of work and workers decline in some places due to cut-backs and layoffs.
Just goes to show you, the only one you can count on for good work is yourself!
