I'm in the need of new bushings for the control arms, but i don't know which brand to buy. I've had really good luck with Moog but there bushings are rubber (correct me if i'm wrong) and i have heard that rubber anything doesn't last as long as poly. I know a couple of guys here have used Energy Suspension bushings which are Poly (again...correct me) but are they built as good as a Moog? Anybody have problems/recommend one over the other? Also, the Energy bushings say i need to reuse a metal sleeve. Do those go bad? Do the Moogs come with this "sleeve"? Thanks!

No one has any opinions? Something...Anything... I want to replace them this weekend, along with the ball joints and HD tie rods. Any input would be much appriciated.

I have the energy bushings for my lower control arms, I like them no problems that I have noticed I think you will be happy.

I'm also using the Energy LCA & UCA Polyurethane Bushings. Definitely a noticeable improvement over the Rubber. You made a good choice and won't be dissappointed.

I need some quick help. I bought the bushings from autozone and their system says i need 2 sets of bushings. 1 set cam in yesterday (the other is 3-4 weeks out!?!?!?!) and when i opened the box there were 8 bushings. To me, this should be enough for both sides. 2 per contol arm x 4 control arms = 8 bushings. I ordered Energy suspesion kit# 3.3185G. Can someone tell me if i need 1 set or i'm clearly missing something and need 2 sets. I called the factory and emailed them, but i have yet to hear a response. (If I only need one set, i can install them this weekend!!) Thank you!

When you change the bushings, also install new bolts (cam adjusting bolts only from the dealer) or you will be replacing everything again in a few months!

Are these bolts readily availble? and would you happen to know how much? I replaced everything already, but have not got an alighnment yet so i could swap the bolts out easily. The whole job wasn't to bad. The hardest part was pressing out the old bushings. With all the new parts it rides so much better even with out an alighnment!
