b1505 min-ect 301

im not going crazy guys, this will disable egr right,or have i gone crazy?

we did a full flash, first time tunning this truck!! and one hour after leving my house he had already limped the tranny.

Are you sure you have an EGR? Sounds like a silly question, I know, but .... I downloaded a tune that was the same os version to use the enable OD lockout. The tune I downloaded must have been a california emmisions tune that assumed I had an EGR. I got the same codes because my rig doesn't have an EGR.

If you do indeed have the EGR on your LB7, I would set B1501 to 300 (meaning that if the RPM goes above 300, the the EGR is disabled. Permissible range is 0 to 8192.). B1504 to -39 (meaning that if the coolant temp goes over -39, the EGR is disabled. Permissible range is -41 to 151). B1505 to 151 (meaning that if the coolant temp is below this value, then the EGR will be disabled. Permissible range is -41 to 151). In other words it will never come on. As far as the codes you listed are concerned, if you have removed any or all of the valves and or solenoids that are found above the fuel filter that are associated with the EGR, you will throw those codes because the ECM can't "see" them anymore and it tests for their presence.
In EFI live to completely eliminate the EGR do the following:
For total removal of all solenoids and valves (except the 2nd baro sensor) you need to change the following in DTC Test Enablers to "X: Not Reported." P2141-p2145, P1404, P489-P490, P401-409 and in DTC MIL Enablers change the same as above to "No MIL."

LLy is a different animal so I guess there are different things to disable. Probably just the B1500 series dealing with the actual EGR on off parameters. LB7 uses a vacuum pump and LLY and up do not.
If you have a kentucky truck and it is federal emissions then my guess (as trailshredder says) would be the tune put in was a California tune that has all that crap on. In any case check those codes I gave and make sure they are off. Good luck.
