Only kit I know of is this. http://www.allseasonservice.net/ . Seems to be the tops in appearance and ease of install.

Burkhard has the only kit as far as I'm aware unless you DIY with hardware store plumbing parts.

...and his kit is very well thought out. Includes everything you'll need down to the zip ties.

...and you get a girly calendar with your order!

I paid 99.00 for the "deluxe" kit from Tony. I think there is an install thread in the DIY section as well.

he's cake to deal with, just give him a call like he mentioned in this thread.

I ordered the deluxe kit a few days ago and it arrived yesterday. All Season shipped it out the same day I ordered and used priority packaging. Installed it yesterday with no problems. Easy and clean install. I had printed out the instructions from this website, but it wasn't necessary, All Season includes the instructions/photos with the kit, and I got the calendar too!

The process took a little longer than expected, but it had nothing to do with the actual install, it was time spent looking at the calendar.:D
