AutoZone currently has 5 qts of Mobil 1 and a M1 filter for $29 (through July 1).

But I went to 3 AutoZones to only come home with 5qrts. 1st store had none, 2nd had lots but only old formula CI-4, 3rd had (5) new CJ-4 and (5) old CI-4. Then the clerk says 'We have 6qrts coming monday". They should have 600qrts coming I told him with the sale everyone is going to want it, these trucks hold 10qrts and more each! So frustrating.......... So frustrating.......... My mistake! I have both Auto Zone and Advanced Auto here, within 1/2 mile of each other. Advanced wouldn't include the Turbo Diesel, and Auto Zone had it but only with a Bosch filter. OilGuy2 06-06-2009, 10:01 PM No problem. Auto Zone previously offered the Bosch filter sale. Don't know if that is still going on, but the latest ad clearly states the M1 Filter. They did you a disservice. I was at the counter the other day, should have asked again. JIMMMY 06-16-2009, 08:31 AM Trick is to come in late in the day or next day that they get their stock - Every Monday they stock here. :mad: Took like 5 or 6 trips but I managed to get 30qts of TDT & 3 M1-303 filters, 10qts of 10W/30 and 5qts 0W/20 and multiple filters for other cars. :rolleyes: They have a rewards program $20 off for every 5 purchases of $20 or more - so the last oil change deal cost only $9.99 for 5qts Mobil 1 and a Mobil 1 filter! Guess that paid for the fuel running back every Monday! :D | ||
