 While on a road trip and during a little testing On a 55mph to "speeding punch" (95 + -), I noticed my EGTs climbed to 1625°s before I let off, Attitude was showing an "EGT ALERT"
Quad is set on 215 and Juice is set on 1. Boost hovered around 26 lbs.

Normal highway driving the EGTS are around 650°-730°. It may be time to upgrade the exaust a little more as the Flowmaster muffler by itself may not be enough.

Any real testing in this area; from a larger muffler to a full 4" system ?. Downpipe help ?

His truck shouldn't have a cat unless he bought a California truck.

A 4"-5" exhaust will help a little, but not more then about 100* Try running without the Juice, that should drop the temps more then an exhaust will.

You need not worry about 1600-1700 for short runs, Mtomac has hit 1600+ a couple hundred times, maybe twice that number.

When I used the Predator, 1600* was almost normal for passing, it ran real hot. The Quadzilla Stealth runs 300*-500* cooler then the Predator on high hp settings.
