I need the Address and any information!!! Does it need to be packaged int he original box??? ETC... They will then give you a return merchadise authorization number to send your unit back to them. Said the turn around time to be a day or two once they receive the unit. Put some contact info inside the box, it is free under warranty, 2-3 day turn around, after we receive it.
