New member here, I have a brand new Black D-max . This is my first Diesel pickup. I'm a little concerned with the operating tempature of this truck it runs right on 210 all the time. Like I said this is my first D-max and I come from a history of gas burner Chevy's and I am used to seeing temps in the 180-195 degree range. What is considered "normal " on these New trucks?

210 is normal.

:welcome2: to the place and enjoy your truck! I have also noticed that my factory gage goes up as high as 210, but my Attitude shows about 190 to 198 at the highest. I have read posts from others with similar results. It appears the factory gage reads a little high - nothing to really worry about. Hope you have some spare time and cash 'cause this place has alot of reading and causes some power addictions :ro) .

Thanks guys. I've already driven a D-Max with the Edge Juice Box on it, that certainly got my attention!!!!!:ro) It's amazing what kind of power you can get out of these trucks with just a little plug and play box!!!!!
