my brother in law has a 2000 6.0,only 30,000 miles on it.Truck runs great,lots of power,never hot on the temp guage.The exhaust manifolds get hot on it,it finally broke the rear manifold bolts off and cracked one manifold.Any body else seen this happen? Thankyou very much

Yeah my '02 6.0 broke the head off the driver side rear bolt flush with the head. Luckily my extended warranty is going to cover it. Apparently this problem is relatively common.

It's probably cause by all the stress of heating and cooling.
