So out of the blue my truck starts running out of fuel at 1/4 tank.

I have a single Kennedy LP, a SoCal pickup, and a Titan (Supertanks) fuel tank. Had this setup for more than two years and could always run it until the "low fuel" light came on and put approx 50 gallons in. Lately when I get to 1/4 tank it will suck air some how and stall. Sometimes a bit of priming will get it restarted briefly, but the only remedy is to refill. Upon filling up I'd only getting 40ish gallons in, so I know it's not an incorrect reading.

I spoke with Guy a few weeks ago about it and he said some part of the sending unit will come loose and drop out, but now that I have it apart it all looks fine.

I dipped the tank to get a fuel level relative to the pickup "cup", and it seems like it is right at the top. Kinda like the little valve deal on the bottom isn't letting fuel in...

Any ideas?

Have you checked that the little fuel log in the underside isw still in tact? Also check the integrity of the corrugated return tube.
