Crawled under neath my truck to look the underside,rear axle seal is leaking again this will be #4 on the right rear wheel.Is there something I can argue with them.I'm getting tired of having this problem.TRUCK has 10,000 miles. any opinions?

Maybe the axle or the hub is damaged at the seal area. Also the vent could be plugged allowing pressure to build and blow out the seal.

I saw that problem on a Dodge once. It was a bent axle.

What kind of arguement can I give them? IM tired of this crap,every time I go in for an oil change I have to do arear axle seal.

Suggest factory defect. Have then check for improper finish on the axle in that area, out of round, dirt contamination, or maybe bent.
