Just wondering if theres anything in a marine injector (plastic/rubber) that could melt? On one of my injectors the return line fitting on the injector was a bit too small and it popped out. I was going to tig it closed and use it on 7 or 8. Any problems with this?

Probably one of those "Herzog" injectors. I would not weld it as the heat will weaken the spring. You could take it apart and then weld it. Check the others as well, they are probably loose. The Chinese press the tubes in. Bosch welds them in.

I checked the others, only had a problem with the one. My OEM boschs were pressed in as well and didn't take a whole lot of work to get the tube out for what its worth. I'll see what I can do tomorrow about getting it plugged up.
