Dmax, My pilot injection does no appear to be working. Is this a possible issue with the FPRV or the injector pump. I'm within 300 miles of going out of my 100,000 mile warranty and the local dealer is not addressing the issue. Thanks

I see I'm not getting any response here.I got my truck in 150 miles before the warranty expired and the dealer service tech had the same response as the last time I was in before even starting the truck "they all do that" "mine does the same thing" Big waste of my time and money. I did call G.M hotline and registered my complaint so if it pukes soon maybe I'll have something to fall back on.I'm amazed at how some people get and keep a job.

While understanding that you are upset, you have not described your problem. What year truck, type motor, symptoms, issues, etc info is needed to help the techs diagnose your trouble, or at least steer you do a solution.
Cobra, SID, Max and Eric are usually pretty good at it if you give them the info they need.

Ok here are the syptoms, 01 chevy 100,000 miles on it very irradic idle at times, down on power and the pilot injection does not seem to be switching over the way it use to. I've replaced the fuel filter and air filter is clean only about 5,000 miles on it.I've read that the idle problem is most likely the FPRV and the service tech at my dealer tells me G.M. will not do anything until the idle surges at least 250 RPM I find that hard to believe.Does the FPRV have anything to do with the pilot injection system?
