I am going to rebuild the frontend of my 02 as soon as school gets out (1 more week) and I was wondering what I should do. I know it needs a new Idler arm, and probably a new Pitman Arm, but what else? I was thinking of getting the support kit from kennedy for $200, and I found the moog replacement idler and pitman arm for about $70 each, so I am around $350 for those parts, incl. shipping. what else do I need? or is there a better/cheaper solution? TIA -Jeff
I am also planning on putting in SD's centerlink.

fabtech makes an idler/pitman arm kit that comes with a new stabilizer.

I know, but can you still run the support kit? does it need it?

From the looks of the pictures, no I don't think the support kit will work with the fabtech arms. But, there is no need to run it with them. They are really heavy duty on their own.
Just my opinion, but when mine were shot, I went with the fabtech kit. It's cheaper than buying replacements and the support kit, plus you get the added steering stabilizer. Also, you should prob get the SD tie rod sleeves at the same time that way you only need one alignment.
