: leaking remanufactured IP

I recently purchased a remanufactured IP for a 95 Suburban 6.5L from Pensacola Diesel. A local diesel mechanic installed it. The new pump is leaking fuel from a nut next to where the PMD would go (PMD is mounted in the bumper).

Has anyone had a similar issue?
Has anyone purchased from Pensacola Diesel?

A pic of the pump from the vendor website is attached. I haven't seen the leak. I'm just going from the mechanics description. He said it's the nut next to where the PMD would go, which is clearly visible in the pic. I assume that this is the plug Bison is talking about.

My suggestion is to have the shop call them directly to Pen Diesel.

prob a faulty 0 ring in there, not sure if a guy can back it out and replace the O ring.
IMO also shows ,that the Ip has not been on the testbank, otherwise that leak would have shown up.
