When I turn the truck off and take the key out the truck door ding/chime chimes like I left the key in the ignition.
For all you guys with the Astrostarts, are you experiencing the same thing?
My truck is a 2006 LBZ.
The install went fairly well. I only had trouble identifying one wire. The instructions said for the light green wire to go to the black/yellow wire or black wire. The test for this wire was touch to ground and the horn honks. Well, I found no black/yellow wire, but I did find a couple black wires. And I think both triggered the horn when grounded. Maybe those of you in the know will tell me this would not be causing the key chimes if I got wrong.
Anybody have any thoughts, thanks.
