I have found the front passenger floor wet a few times after a rain. I looked around the front door area for the leak with no success.
It was only when I had the back seat out and it rained overnight that I found the source. The cab vents between the cab and the bed had a poor fit. It only leaked when the truck was parked in a slightly nose down position (my driveway), not when driving or when parked level. I took out the vents and with a small bead of 3M marine calk around the edge all is well. :)
You can find out if you have the same problem without removing the back seat by checking to see if the vent is loose from the outside. If it feels snug, you're OK.
