I am looking to put a tuner/chip in my truck. I have been looking on EBay and there are performance chips for around $40 and tuners from $350+. Do these $40 dollar chips actually work or are they just crap? Thanks.

I didn't think they would be any good but I wanted to hear other opinions on it. Thanks.
