Has anyone used this product and how has it worked for you?

I've used it and like it. There are others here that have used it longer and have great things to say. I've used it 2 years.

Do you mix it 2 oz to 25 gallons every time you fill up or every other fill up?

Been using it for a year, 2oz every fill up. No probs. It is just as good as any other quality additive.

I've been using it almost since new (a little over a year). I started out measuring it but now I just dump a little in the tank before fill up. I've had zero fuel or fuel system issues to date.

I have been using it for 1 and a half years now. I use half a bottle per tank. I like the kick in the A$$ it gives. Good stuff.

We have the Primrose 405C it is the concentrated version and 1 quart does 750 gallon. Thats .04 oz per gallon or 1.1 per 25 gallon. I have never measured it. I just dump it in. My fills are about 40 gallon and a quart will last me about 6-8 fills. $10 you can't beat it.

I have been using it for three years. I have not had a single fuel system problem except for having the RPCV valve on the DMax replaced because they early ones were bad.

I think it's the best stuff out there.

Call them before you driver over there, they might not have any of the
small bottles filled. I had to wait for about 30 minutes while they
filled the bottles.

I bought a whole case, looks like it'll last me more than a year...
