Supposed to sell my truck to a guy tomorrow and will be going to pick up a lmm CC SB 4X4 in the next few days .
Are there any mud terrains that ride as good on the street as BFG AT tko's ?? I may try some Nitto Terra Grappler's but would kind of like to get some mud terrains ............however I mainly drive on the street/hwy and only need a little mud capability during hunting season......even then my BFG's haved been all I needed. But they have chipped the crap out of my truck (from slinging rocks).

I would stay away from the Nittos. Heavy road noise and high wear. Go with the Toyo MTs. They are pricey but they are civilized and get very good wear. Do a search on them.

Check out the Procomp Extreme A/T, not a mud terrain but still pretty aggresive with a great on road ride and low noise. I've had them in mud, sand, and rocks and they performed very well. Price is also very attractive as is their 40,000 mile treadwear warranty. I guess I love these tires, I'm very impressed. Check out this link

Goodyear just came out with a couple tires that look good. The Duratrac and MT/R Kevlar. Reviews have been good, however they haven't been out long enough to hear how they wear.

Take a peak at the Michelin AT2s, I love mine, and a few other guys I turned them on to swear by them now.

If you are insitant on an MT, take a look at the BFG MT. It's about as quiet as I've seen (and affordable) in an MT. Buddy has them on his Jeep. I've also seem a lot of Toyo MT's here in Les Schwab Country.
Nah.......not dead set........like I said, really don't need a mt that much. But I do like that look better.
Thanks for the advise so far guys.......have done some searching on all of the suggested tires and like a lot of them.
