Just wondering if I can install the Edge Juice and skip the EGT probe for now. Will it still work? I will be on the road the next 2 days and wont have time to drill and tap the exhaust till probibly sunday night. Can I install it and just use the other functions?

Just hooked it up and took it for a run. It seems to pull harder off the line than the LBZ with BD tripple dog, but still the long pause shifts. I tried the no defuel shifts but still had a pause. Whats the deal, is it just slipping between gears? Also on both the level 4 and 5 the 0-60 times were the same, like 7.2. Does it start counting from the time it sees a throttle signal and stop at 60mph? I tried a low boost launch both times, maybe it was counting before I even took off.

Other than that from a dead stop punch it lit the tires up once boost kicked in. The LBZ has NEVER done that. The LLY seems to spool slower though, must be the mouth piece everyone talks about getting. lol

It will take a while for your trans to learn the new tunes.

It starts counting when it senses movement. You have to really mash the brake hard and actually start building boost before you hit the start button. If you don't the small amount of movement you get when you start to boost will trigger the timer. All that said, 7.2 sounds about right. As said before, once the tranny learns the power, it will come down a little. I think the best I have seen is about 6.9...

Well my egt's are all over the place and mine is still running. Getting reading up to 3000 at idle and it does not shut down even though its set to at 1350..

The lbz has some built it defuel/limitor that you can not get ride of.. If you set the defuel to off then you are in the correct setting. It starts once it senses movement. How many times did the tranny go through the gears with the new setting. Let is go through all the gears a couple of times each & then you will see improvement also... **No probe needed but recommended.
