I am looking at buyin a set of STS'S for pulling but i am not sure what size to get. The tracks around me (Ontario,Canada) consist of everything from sand to limestone. I am running a built tranny and all the pulling goodies plus efi live with about 550rwhp. I was thinkin 33x13.5x16 or 33x12.5x16. What would be my best choice for my power range.

use your bfg at's for your daily drivers and get yourself a set of 33/12.50's and put'em on 10 inch wide wheels. makes for a good wide contact patch

The 17" version of the 33x12.50 sts's have a contact patch almost an inch wider than the 16" version of the radials.
The 33x.13.50's are a bias ply tire and i havent heard of too much luck out of them.

so a 33x12.5x16 radial would be best
