On my 2500 01 the brake controller sticks on some times, tap the break a few times and itll go off, or hit the e brake on the controler it will go off, any solutions, i think the brake pedal might be loose???

Sounds like the brake pedal switch... Do you have any problems getting the cruise control to kick off by tapping the brakes?

cruise control kicks off when hitting a bump at times, i can see the brake light on controller flicker when it does this

it DOES sound like something's loose...

I'm guessing the manual override lever on the controller is sticking/malfunctioning. What brand/model is it. Some have lifetime warranty.

its a rual king special, its brand new, my prodigy burnt up cause it stuck on, no way i was gona spend big $ on a new one till i get issue solved

Prodigy will most likely replace the unit. Sure can not hurt to try. I also suspect your brake light switch. When it sticks have someone look at your brakes lights on the trailer.
