Alright fine, either shim the valve or put a race valve in the rail to stop 1093's. Here's the deal, after you get the glow plug moduel & bracket out of the way to gain access to the valve - how are you supposed to get it out. The valve feels like the factory put green loctite on the treads and put a million ft/lbs on it. If I can't get the valve out with the rail on the engine, then what's involved in getting the rail off the engine. Then what? I guess put the rail in a vise and take an impact to the valve. PPE's instuction for removing the valve seem pretty easy-HA

Had the dealer install mine. But there has been plenty talk of this. Try a search. I know you have to crank like hell to break it loose. Then crank like hell to get the new one to seal. Several have installed it only to find out it wasnt tight enough and same code lit up.....or rough idle....no crank...etc.
