I have found a way to get agribiodiesel for for 2.23 per gallon. The only problem is that I will have to rely on the IRS to give me back the last $1/g as per the biodiesel incentive rebate. (Will be sold to me for $3.23/g)

I will be buying it as virgin made B100, and if all goes as planned, I will be the "Blender" and thus entitled to that $1/g rebate.

Has anyone done this? I am skeptical when it comes to the IRS giving me $$.

Im just looking for a bit of insight into this whole tax code BS.

Thanks..........

I wonder if that's only good for the farm-use fuel, or does it apply to on-road as well?

You need to be registered first before you get the credit. Check with the IRS on what it takes to be registered...then you have to blend to B99...it cannot be B100.

This is what Ted Brown of TW Brown Oil company told me.

Good luck.
