Been thinking of this for a while now. We had our first trip down through the big US cities and after all the horror stories that we heard about traffic and more traffic, most of it was true. We had never seen so much traffic that never subsided. We were towing on the way home. Thankfully about half of the vehicles were semis and those drivers that have to go through that day after day ane the most courteous, safest people on the road IMO. Thanks for the patience and understanding Big Guys. Keep'er safe.

When hauling horses, I will almost always run with the big trucks. There are fewer and fewer bad drivers on the road. When the drivers see I have live cargo, they really cut me a lot of slack.

i was on my way to atlanta to work a hail storm in Feb... comin up thru the state 19 short cut between 79 and 64 ... i was pinned down beteen icey snowy roads and 35-40 mph winds.... white knucklin to say the least... anyway them drivers runnin that route at 70+ almost pushed me off the road.... I started callin out on cb to ask em to gimme a break....most did!!

I've found otr drivers the most professional group behind the wheel. I always give them respect when towing and they've always been courteous when I'm towing my 5th, giving me space, letting me over, etc.. I even had one get my attention while on the way to Florida, he was in the lane next to me mouthing the word "325".. I figured it out when I got to mile marker 325 a couple of miles up the road, state trooper doing radar around a blind curve, now that was cool..
