Alright, I was just changing my transmittion and oil filters today and everything went smooth but when I was changing my Oil and letting it drain I accidentally started the engine!!!!!!!!Censored Anyways It turned over and ran for about half a second before I could hurry and shut it off. I finished the change and turned my key over and all my gauges worked but my oil pressure needle hardly even moved.... I don't know what the problem is? The engine Fires right up and runs Fine..... I also did a quick check over the fuse box to see if anything popped but I didn't see anything? PLEASE TELL ME I DID SCREW ANYTHING UP WITH MY ROOKIE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!

Nah! Half a second ain't nuttin'
If it's a mech gauge then give it a few seconds to clear the air from the line. An electric gauge, same thing for the sensor...take a few secs to get oil all around the motor and get a pressure reading.
How does the motor sound? OK?

Sounds good to me, Show I take it for a spin? Let it run parked? I'm not sure?

From experience, it can sometimes take up to 5 seconds at idle before the pressure gauge starts reading. I would let it idle until the gauge reads before driving off.

Anyone wanna' chime in?

Started to move and I just took it for a slow drive :D Anyways I noticed that the Gauge really drops down there when I'm at an idle.... Normal?
