: 2003 C4500 Allison for towing? 7902sc 04-28-2009, 08:53 PM I have a 2003 C4500 Topkick P/U by Monroe. I now tow a 30' Pace trailer, my truck and trailer weigh 22,000 lbs going down the road. I have no problems now. My question is, I will soon be towing a 48' GN living quarter trailer, 16,000 lbs. What should I do to my trans to keep It happy?
