Can anyone tell me the easiest access to the dimmer circuit to wire up a gauge on a 07 Silverado Classic 3/4 HD? Thanks

I used the instrument dimmer terminal at the sub-panel where you make your trailer brake connection.

Can you be a little more specific as to the exact location of the dimmer circuit?

Sure...if you take the cover off of the sub-panel in the footwell, the diagram on the inside of the cover lists the five top-row gang terminals. I used the fourth terminal from the left labeled "SL RIDE 6-WAY GTY" since it was the easiest to access. As I understood it, the "(D)" symbol in the lower right-hand corner indicates the dimmer blade. So, I used a female blade connector and plugged into that lower right male blade for the dimmer circuit. See the yellow arrow in my photo...I hope that helps.
