Howdy,

I'm having my air lift installed next week and the shop asked me where I would like the inlet\nipple installed. He said they usually install it in the top two holes (the only two which secures the plate :rolleyes: ) of the rear license plate or inside the fuel door. Any preference or any other place more convenient? I want it to look clean and have enough room to use a gauge - seems crammed in the fuel door.

I didn't think about using the license plate holes and drilled mine a few inches to either side of the plate. They work well there but would have been better in the plate.

I put mine on both sides of the plug for the trailer.

make sure they are in the back, it is easier to level the rig that way and you dont have to jump from side to side in order see if the rig is level. JMHO -Jeff

I put mine on both sides of the plug for the trailer.

Mine are about 2 inches to the left of the plate and about 1.5 inches apart. Easy access and they're out of the way.

Put mine there too. Works well.

Mine are located in the wheel well, one on each side. Yes you need to move from one side of truck to the other but they are not visible to the most casual observer.
