Just bought a new predator, for 04 lly. Purchased to hopefully get a little more mpg and towing power. Just for kicks I tried 100 hp setting, 85, both were undrivable, smoke, overrevving, defueling,poor shifting, only mod I have is kodiak mp. 40 hp is barely diff , 65 seems the only good setting , is the 8000 lb limit a total limit or can you tow 8000 ? How does anybody do daily driving with higher tunes?

Where version of the predator do you have 2.0 or 2.2? Did you let the tranny learn? Back when I ran the predator I thought all the tunes were decent driver tunes.
