There is a dealer in FonDuLac WI named Holiday Automotive. Their sticker price was within $500 of my GM Supplier Discount price. There had the lowest tagged prices of any new truck lot i found.

http://www.holidayautomotive.com/en_US/

There is a guy that handles Internet sales there - I found them very professional and hassle free. There is NO B.S. - just selling trucks. I actually found mine listed on autotrader (by them) - and drove up to buy it.

HI DRTRASH & FIRST THINGS FIRST-WELCOME to our site & may you get all your questions answered quickly & correctly. If you go down to the "new truck ordering" section, you will see the topic called "G.M. Supplier Discount." You can follow that site & price a truck out & get the dealer invoice & the G.M. Supplier Discount Price to see what a good deal the G.M.S.D.Price is. Ask your dealer if they will honor a G.M.S.D.# & if you need a authorization #, you can send me a e-mail to = howard_m18 at yahoo.com If you want a real quick #, give me also your # as we can get you a # in a matter of minutes!!! Howard

I have an 05 Silverado LS Crew cab 2wd 2500HD with the Duramax Allison combo with such goodies as XM and DIC and I scooped it up for $34,600. I had the GM loyalty and the Diesel rebate. I had to give up one of the rebates tho to get the 4.9%. I feel like I got a decent deal. Such a big diference going from a 4.8L ext cab Sierra to a Duramax.

The dealership messed up the processing on my dmax. I got it for 38xxx and they wanted 48xxx. I had the suppliers discount but they botched the paperwork and had to give it to me at that price. Oh well I am not complaigning.

Go to the GM website, build a truck, get a quote, then work DOWN from there.
Don't get in a hurry, the '05's will get cheaper at the end of summer.
You could even order an '05 for fall delivery if you time it right (Mid-May is close to production cut-off for the current model year, and will deliver in August). Don't make my mistake and wait for the new models to begin production if you decide to order a truck. The 0% and rebates WILL NOT BE THERE on the new ones!!
