EDGE JUICE W/ATTITUDE is this very hard to install? any feedback on installs is :cool2:

VERY EASY. Attitude monitor takes a little time, but the juice itself is like 5 mins.

It took me about an hour to install the Attitude portion. Juice takes about 5 minutes to plug in, tops. Main problem was getting the f@#%&ng fender liner out to drill the exhaust manifold for the pyrometer. If you have any mechanical aptitude this won't be a problem.

Use a flat head to remove the fender clips -- if you do it right it is easy.

installed the whole setup yesterday. i was done before lunch and i had to run some errands while i was doing it.

the most time consuming was overhead mount for attitude, and being *very* careful with the exhaust drilling.

if you do an overhead mount... i tried fishing a wire accross the headliner, then figured out to just feed it through the console hole in the headliner, and out the windshield by the rear view mirror. then pull it through and tuck into the headliner accross the windshield to the a-pillar. worked great.

also, when you tap for pyro probe, be sure to have the proper 'npt' tap. i had never heard of that before. i have a tap n die set, and would have used the wrong one, but i was double checking everything, thank goodness, and saw that the threadcount was different from what i had. perhaps you already know this, but the 'npt' is for tapered pipe fittings.

thanks, sounds like I will be able to do it. I was looking for a diesel, first Dodge then I looked at Ford, but i'm a GM person and I'm sure glad I stayed with GM thanks to The Diesel Place. You guys are great :) !!!
