I know yall have answered this question a thousand times but i am asking yall again. i have a buddy that just bought and 02 dmax cc sb and was wondering what he needs to buy. hes drove mine with the attitude and likes it but he was sort of wanting to go something different but doesn't want to lose power to the edge. hes look at the bully dog dyno dominator with the outlook, tst powermax, and banks six gun with speedloader. i was just wondering what yall think he should do. plain stock, hes already ordered a 4in straight piped exhaust and intake and hasn't even signed the papers. hes hooked cuz he dorve mine.

I see no reason at all why he would want to go with something different.

With other tuners (Predator) you get the speed limit removal and the ability to read codes and diagnostics. Some of the other tuners have about the same features, but none of them have the versatility of the Edge.

Until he gets a tranny, the fun will be limited to +90 HP anyway. I bought the E/A for just that reason....it shows tranny slip....so you know when you're close to the line. Without a built tranny (coming this summer hopefully), I consider that the most important feature there is. You also have the ability to set defueling to help the tranny between shifts.

Plus you get gauges too. Hard to beat, IMHO!
