Hey guys. Brand new here and wanted to get your advice. I have an 83 GMC c3500 with a 6.2 TH 400, 4:56. It has about 140000 on it, never touched as far as I know. About 3 months ago, I started noticing some vibration and increased noise (roar) at an idle.

Any ideas??

Low fuel pressure/flow?
