Who says our fuel system is a total vacum system without a pump and the HP common rail does all the drawing of fuel ??

MAC... that is the gear rotor pump inside the HP pump. You can't do anything inside there.

Like Hoot says, the low pressure pump is within the HP pump assembly. Think of it as two pumps in one. I seem to remember the LP pump delivering about 150 psi to the HP pump.
