but I don't know how many duramax's they have worked on.. according to the service manager... "GM says hard starting when warm can not possibly be injectors..." I'm having the same symptoms many others have had... getting harder and harder to start when warm.. change the fuel filter and the truck is fine for a few miles.. then back to the same sh!t! They know about the policy.. since I showed them my hard copy. They are running all the test for the second time (i re-iterated that the truck needs to actually be warm for the tests) and I will call them tomorrow so find out what they say. 71,600 miles.. original injectors.

I'm so disgusted with the whole situation... Thanks for listening to the rant..

My hard start was a result of the bleed screw on the fuel filter housing (o-ring looked partially crushed). I replaced the bleed screw/o-ring with one from a forum vendor and it completely fixed the problem. Might be worth taking a look.

already did all the tests... waiting for GM engineering to give the ok on injector replacement... even the shop Manager thinks its injectors... its assinine the hassle GM is giving me. The Field service tech is next on the agenda also.. at least the dealership gave me a free loaner car (even though its a hoopty)
