PMD ? Grounds ? FSO ?
Best is to fill out the check list. Without the most will be guessing.

could be the pump driver when they replaced the pump did they replace the driver or just transfer it to the new inj pump or look at the lift pump on the d/s frame rail

First of check and clean all the grounds thoroughly, if that doesn't help see if you can find another PMD to use.
Is the PMD relocated? When the pump was replaced/PMD moved, was the ground put back on the pump cover?

The PMD is the pump driver....where is it mounted?
Check all of the battery connections, body grounds and block grounds, these things are very touchy about grounds.

If you look in the FAQ's sticky there is alot of info and pictures. With the engine running open the tee handeled valve next to the thermostat. If it kills the engine it has a lift pump issue. The grounds on the rear passenger side of the intake monifold are for the ecm ,transmission, and engine sensors.
